 She still wasn't sure how she had managed it... Banpei was destroyed though, she knew that just glancing to where the little robot had been when they had stormed in.

Three threads had snapped, she knew that, their blood was all over her clothes.  It hadn't been without some damage though, Skuld's leg was pinned under a chunk of the wall that had been an exterior wall.  One of her attackers had also managed to slice her with her blade, another stabbed her with a spear, the point of which was still in her thigh, though the rest of the weapon was through one of the bodies.

She tried to shove the debris off her leg, but didn't have the strength.  She was just hoping that it wouldn't be first responders that got to the small warehouse first.  There was no way she'd even start to explain what happened to them.  

She leaned against the computer bank behind her, trying to keep herself awake, she had to get out of there before she was taken to a hospital.

Barnes was still sore after the last time they spoke. He tried to not take it personally but since everything that happened to him, personal was all he had left. Still not matter what happened he made that promise to always be there for her. Maybe being there for her was compensating for the fact that’s all he wanted himself.

Still he had kept Glitch under close watch. Arriving just in time he found her slumped back on the computer. The coast was completely clear so Barnes tore his mask from his face and instantly went straight towards her. “Glitch. Glitch are you alright?” Everything around him didn’t exist when it came to her. Typical traditional military man had narrow vision.
